Kelley A. Kuhn has been pracitcing law for over 32 years and is the co-founding partner of Kuhn & Haines. She recieved her A.A. in Political Science from Potomac State College, recieved her B.S. in Business Administration from West Virginia University, and graduated from West Virginia University School of Law in 1984.
Before entering into private practice, she worked as an associate attorney at Nelson Michael, LLC. Kuhn was a judge in Mineral County for 18 months, worked in the Bureau of Child Enforcement, and in the Mineral County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Her first job was as a judicial clerk in Cumberland, MD.
Kuhn is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association and the Mineral County Bar Association.
Meredith H. Haines recieved her A.A. in Political Science from Potomac State College in 2001 and her B.S. in Political Science from Frostburg State University in 2003. She graduated from West Virginia University School of Law in 2006. Shortly after graduation, she went to work for Nelson Michael, LLC in Keyser, WV for 10 years before starting Kuhn & Haines. She is also a Mental Hygiene Commisioner for Mineral County.
Haines is a member of the West Virginia State Bar Association and the Mineral County Bar Association.
